Chairman:
- Ensure an efficient and well-run Club is maintained.
- Lead the Club to be both competitive and friendly, always playing in accordance with the Spirit of Cricket.
- Chair meetings of the Club and to coordinate all Club activities.
- Motivate others in a coordinated and progressive way.
- Represent the Club on formal occasions and to external bodies.

Treasurer:
- Monitor the finances of the Club, producing accounts and monitoring annual budgets.
- Maintain accurate and up to date financial records for the Club.
- Report the financial position to the Committee if required and prepare year end financial reports for the AGM.
- Collect and deposit all fees, subscriptions and funds
- Pay any bills incurred in a timely manner.
- Ensure funds are spent appropriately
- Purchase awards as required

Club Secretary:
- Act as the first point of friendly contact for those looking to seek information about the Club.
- Manage relationship with Hampshire League/South Hampshire Indoor League and ensure all responsibilities to the leagues are completed by deadlines
- Deal with all Club membership and outgoing and incoming correspondence/communication.
- Keep all records accurate and up to date.
- Liaise with the Chairman to arrange meetings, prepare agendas and take minutes of meetings.

Management Committee
(Chairman and Captains plus Club Secretary and Treasurer as required)
- Provide and set direction, standards and leadership for the Club in all issues involving the Club and its members.
- Ensure appropriate standards are set and provide good governance over Club assets and finances.
- Review provision of equipment and ordering of new kit as required
Team Secretary:
- Liaise with captains to select teams for all games
- Communicate teams to all members
- Ensure teas and other refreshments are organised for all home games
- Be point of contact for members re. team selection/availability/travel arrangements
- Make adjustments to teams as required and communicate about changes with captains
- Contribute information to the website as appropriate
- Organize voting for annual awards
Captains:
- Match day organisation of team
- Provide on and off field leadership and expectations.
- Develop and implement game day tactics.
- Develop a winning culture within the spirit of the game and be responsible for team and individual behavior
- Be responsible for ensuring all tasks on ‘match day tasks’ document (attached) are completed
- Contribute information to the website as appropriate
Vice Captains:
- Provide leadership and assistance to the Captain in both on and off field matters.
- Provide appropriate advice to the Captain on game day tactics.
- Deputise for captain in all his roles as required
- Contribute information to the website as appropriate
Players:
- Confirm match availability to captain or team secretary
- Be responsible for following standards and expectations of the club and Captain.
- Have fun and and enjoy games demonstrating a desire to better individual and team performance.
- Participate and assist in organised club social activities.
- Be punctual at all games.
- Be available to help with Club tasks (especially match day tasks).

Website Administrator (Voluntary Position):
- Update and improve the Club’s website by liaising with the necessary personnel from within the Club.
- Ensure the efficient updating of information and news on the site
- Be creative in identifying potential areas of improvement to the website.
- Address any questions/issues with the usage of the website.
Social Secretary:
- Organise annual dinner after the end of each season
- Organise other social events as appropriate/required
